Back-to-School Opt-Out Forms

Before sending your children back to school be sure to opt-out of all “Inappropriate Material/Racially Divisive Concepts, and Social EmotionalLearning (SEL)” for the 2022-23 school year.

Use these forms and email them to your school principal.

Always remember to get everything in writing from your school.
